Dennis Christophersen

Dennis Edwin Christophersen, 78, of Brady, Nebraska, passed away in his home on January 2, 2022.

Denny was born on June 16, 1943 to Arthur and Lillian (Magnusen) Christophersen in Bainbridge, NY.

Denny married Dianne Adels on January 1, 1967 and to this union of 55 years three children were born; Timothy, Jessica and Arthur. Denny was a very hard worker and took great pride in all he did.  He worked many years at Caterpillar, served as a ranch hand, was the village of Brady Mayor, served on the village board and drove the school bus for Brady Schools.  He loved going to watch ball games at the school and cheering for his 3 beloved granddaughters.  Denny also took great pride in his yard, his family and his many pets, even the birds and squirrels.  He also had a love for photography and was always taking pictures.  He knew no stranger and always had a story to tell.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Lillian Christophersen, siblings, Alan, Judy, Brenda, Desi, Lisa; and a son Timothy.

Dennis is survived by his wife Dianne Christophersen; children Jessica (Shayne) Sprague, Arthur (Salena) Christophersen; grandchildren Jason Wert, Brittney (Josh) Detty, William (Jaycee) Christophersen, Madison Christophersen, Jacob Christophersen and Trinity Christophersen; great-grandchild Finnegan Christophersen.

Private family services were held under the direction of Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel.
