Sherryln Davis

Sherryln Jeanene Davis, 70, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died June 29, 2018 in Omaha, NE.

She was born February 6, 1948 in Denton, TX, daughter of Bill and Dorothy Loader.

Sherryln grew up in Texas and graduated from Lewisville High School. Sherryln was blessed with two children Scott and Heather from her first marriage. In 1980, Sherryln moved the family to Nebraska. She married Neil Davis on December 12, 1981 and to this union one son, Allan, was born.

She was a member of the Victory Assembly of God Church in Gothenburg. She enjoyed decorating, reading, cooking, and had a love of rescue animals. Her heart was always open to helping others.

Surviving are husband, Neil Davis of Gothenburg, daughter, Heather Clement of Kearney, son, Allan (Angela) Davis of Georgia,  three grandchildren, Blake (Cora-Leigh) Munster of Gothenburg, Brittyn Munster of Kearney, and Caelan Davis of Georgia, one great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Munster, brother, Bill (Karen) Loader of Texas, sisters, Debbie Alexander of Oklahoma, and Becky (Larry) LaDuke of Texas, close friends Katherine Middleton, Tia Britten, Brenda Holt, along with many other family, friends, and caretakers.

Sherryln was preceded in death by her parents, son, Scott Pecchi, and step-father, Chester Crabille.

Visitation will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Gothenburg, Nebraska; Monday, July 2, 2018, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM with the family present from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Memorial service will be held at Victory Assembly of God, Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 am.

Memorials may be designated to the Gothenburg Volunteer Fire Department, 610 10th street, Gothenburg, NE 69138,  or may be sent to the family.
