Ryan Nelson Roesener, of Gothenburg, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the young age of 32. He is survived his mother Tami Moser of Lincoln, NE and his brother Jake (Sarah) Moser of Lincoln, NE; half sister Carlie (Tyler) Gillett of Camby, IN. He was preceded by his dad Scott Moser, grandma Carletta Trujillo and his great grandparents. He also preceded by several, aunts, and uncles.
Ryan leaves behind a family including his grandparents Danny and Karen White of Sargent, and Grandpa Gary Moser Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by his Uncle Randy (Amy) White of Broken Bow, NE; Cousin Randi White of Kearney, NE; Cousin Josh (Kayla) White of Broken Bow, NE; Uncle Dan (Rhonda) Moser of Lincoln, NE; Uncle Bob (Melanie) Trujillo of Gibbon, NE; Cousin Jordan (Alexandria) Trujillo of Kearney, NE; Cousin Dillon Trujillo of Kearney, NE; Cousin Andrea Trujillo of Kearney, NE; Cousin Nicole (Jordan) Christner of Sutherland, NE. Ryan will be dearly missed by many friends as well as his nieces and nephews.
Ryan had a vibrant childhood in York, NE where he attended school in both York and McCool. Known for his playful and silly nature, Ryan will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor. He enjoyed engaging in long and deep conversations with loved ones and was known for sending very long text messages.
Ryan found great fulfillment in his work caring for both the elderly and young people. His compassion knew no bounds as he always went above and beyond to help others. The largeness of his heart was evident to all who knew him. Ryan was loved by all and took pride as "Uncle Ryan" to many children.
Ryan's absence will be deeply felt by countless people whose lives he touched. A private funeral service for family and close friends will be held in Sargent, NE, with the date and time to be determined. A Celebration of Life is also planned for October 21, 2023, at the 4H building located at 2345 Nebraska Ave in York, NE from 12-2:30.
Ryan will forever be remembered and cherished for the joy he brought to those around him, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
