She was a member of the American Lutheran Church. Melodi lived in Ft. Collins, CO; Pahrump, Nevada; Gothenburg, NE, she enjoyed playing bingo, word puzzles, and video games. She loved her dog Princess.
Survivors include step-mother, Judy Slack; mother, Shirley Hutchison; three sisters, Cindy Williams of Gothenburg, NE, Kendra Aaron of Lincoln, NE, Rhonda (Robert) Dauel of Stillwater, TX.
Melodi was preceded in death by husband, Steven Lawrence Rogers, father, Claude Slack, daughter, Marsha Schneider, sister, Pam Slack, brother, Mark Slack.
Services will be held at Fort McPherson National Cemetery, Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Lonna Grabenstein, PMA officiating.
Interment will follow in the Fort McPherson National Cemetery, Maxwell, Nebraska.
