James Max

James Earnest Max, 55, of Papillion, Nebraska, died November 27th, 2016 at his home.

James was born June 25, 1961 at Gothenburg to Jimmie and Louise (Pollat) Max.
He grew up on a farm near Brady, NE and graduated from Brady High School in 1979. On February 14, 1986 James married Michelle Christensen, to this union three daughters were born: Jamie, Jordan and Jenna.

James worked side by side with his father first in a cattle operation and then they operated Max Well Service together. After
his father's death he took the Well business over full time and ran it for the next several years before going to work in North Platte at the
Union Pacific Rail Road in the Car Department. He advanced from there to become a Dispatcher at the Herriman Dispatch Center in Omaha, NE.

He loved spending time with his grandkids. He had a soft spot in his heart for all animals especially cows, horses and dogs.
James was an avid fan of the Nebraska Huskers and held season tickets for many years.




He was preceded in death by his daughter Jenna Max; Parents Jimmy and Louise Max; and a brother John Max.

Survivors include his Daughters Jamie (Jake) Rademacher of North Platte, NE, Jordan (Nick) Bedlan of North Platte, NE;
and Grandchildren, Justina, Cole and BonnieJean Rademacher and Skylar and Rylan Bedlan; along with many other family and friends.

Register book signing will be held Thursday December 1, 2016 from 1:00 - 8:00 PM at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel with the family present from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Services will be held at Brady United Methodist Church, December 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Janie Freeman officiating.

Inurnment will follow in the Brady Cemetery, Brady, Nebraska.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials are given to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
