Gerald Buehner

Gerald Chris Buehner, 54, of Eustis, Nebraska, died June 12, 2018 in Eustis, NE.

He was born April 11, 1964 in Gothenburg, NE, son of Raymond and Norma (Hueftle) Buehner.  He attended Eustis Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1982.  He also graduated from Southeast Community College at Beatrice.  Gerald was married to Candace Kujath, to this union was born a son, Nicholas Chris.  They later divorced. Gerald was engaged in agriculture and loved to garden.  He enjoyed cooking, trying new recipes and eating.  He loved talking with family and friends.  He was a member of the Eustis United Methodist Church.

Surviving are mother, Norma (Roland) Lauer of Gothenburg; son, Nick (Dawn) McPheron of Omaha, NE; brother, Gary (Laura) Buehner of Norfolk; two sisters Sharon (Roger) Bryant of Curtis and Barb (Dave) Margritz of Lexington; nephews Shane, Justin, Josh, and Chris; nieces Jill, Becky, Angela, Katie, and Amanda; and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Gerald was preceded in death by father, Raymond Buehner in 1998.

Visitation will be held at Eustis United Methodist Church 208 N Morton St, Eustis, NE 69028; Thursday, June 14, 2018, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. with the family present from 5:00-7:00 pm.

Celebration of Life will be held at Eustis United Methodist Church, June 15, 2018 at 10:30 am with Pastor Neil Kloppenborg officiating.

Burial will follow in the Eustis East Cemetery, Eustis, Nebraska.
