George was born December 13, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. George grew up in the Minneapolis area with his parents Robert Frances and Irene Francis (Lessman) Servold. After graduation high school George attended the University of Minnesota and graduated as an Honor Student with a Bachelors degree.
George married Carolyn Welch in Denver, CO on April 26, 1969. To this union two daughters were born, Amber and Heather. George was a master plumber. He was very gifted in his craft. He built and underground visual pluming system as a teaching aid at the University of Colorado.
After retiring from plumbing do to health reasons George stared selling and buying silver on EBay, something he became very good at. George also enjoyed collecting stamps. He had an unbelievable love of animals especially cats.
George was a very independent person. He had a deep respect for life and his family.
George is survived by his two daughters Amber Kira (Terry Bock) Servold of Denver, CO and Heather Kristen (Mike Hare) Servold of Parker, CO; Four grandchildren Tony Bock and Abigail Bock, Andrew and Elizabeth Hare; one brother Bryce (Shandela) Servold Golden, CO; sister Judy McQueen of Rylander, WI.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Robert and Irene.
Private family services will take place at a later date in Colorado.
