Elizabeth Ann Brown, 80, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died March 22, 2017 at Hilltop Estates.
She was born December 8, 1936 in Portland, OR, daughter of Agnes Gillis.
Elizabeth grew up in Portland and graduated school from St. Mary's Catholic School in Portland. She married Billy Brown on May 31, 1960 at Vancouver, WA.
Elizabeth enjoyed ceramics, spending time in the kitchen cooking, Indian culture, and reading.
Surviving are husband, Billy Gene Brown of Gothenburg, NE, son, Billy Steagall of Portland, OR son, Porter Brown of Portland, OR, daughter, Laura Ann Judge of Portland, OR, daughter, Michelle McGaffey of Wilsonville, OR, sister, Margie, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017 with Pastor Larry Viter Officiating.
Interment will follow at Fort McPherson National Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Gothenburg Volunteer Fire Department or the Gothenburg Public Library.
