Delvin Arthur Rabbass, MSG
Delvin Arthur Rabbass enlisted in the Army upon graduation from Neligh, Nebraska, high school in 1954 and served 24 years until his retirement. During service to our country he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal (5th AWD), Vietnam Armor Badge, Bronze Star Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, 5 Oversea Bars, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Sharpshooter (Rifle-M16A1) and Meritorious Service Medal (1st Oak Leaf Cluster).
Delvin Rabbass was born on October 3, 1937, and died in El Paso, Texas, on September 24, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Clausia; Sister, Sharon Meyer; brothers, Lowel (Patti) Rabbass and
Arlen Rabbass. Delvin was the father of Franklin (Gloria) Rabbass; Kristy (Verdell) Pfau and
Charlotte (Scott) Wall. He was a loving grandfather to Kyleigh, Reid, Emma, Chelsea, Peyton and
Trey and also three stepchildren; Ann Sanders, April (Robert) Wilson and Audra (Jopy) Willis,
along with step grandchildren; Amber, Cody, Levi, Faith, Amanda and James.Surviving nephews are Mark Meyer and Brett Meyer along with great nephews and nieces and great-great nephews and nieces.
lnurnment will be held at Ft. McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell, Nebraska, on June 17th, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. with military honors.
