Barbara Easton

Barbara L. (Fischer) Easton, 74, of Casper, formerly of Laramie, died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at her daughter’s home in Casper, WY. On January 9, 1941 she was born on the family farm south of Curtis, NE to James “Jim” and Leola “Ruth” Fischer.
Barbara married her high school sweetheart, Winford (Bob) R. Easton on March 25, 1958 and began raising their three children.
The family moved to Laramie, WY and Barbara worked for (ALSCO) American Linen for 25 years. She loved gardening and animals, especially her horses.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her brothers, Leroy, Richard (Dick), Clyde and James Fischer; her sister, Lola Ruppert; and her husband, Bob.
Barbara is survived by her sister, Lucille Nutt; her brother, David Fischer; her children, Ricky, Vicky, and Deborah; her grandchildren; her great grandchildren; and many other family members and loved ones.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Davis, officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015 at Maywood Cemetery in Maywood, NE.
