Rosavawn Faye Porter, 82, of Denver, formerly of Gothenburg, passed away on January 5, 2010 at Denver, CO.
She was born on December 14, 1927 to Ulfert and Sophea (Buesing) Block at Gothenburg, NE. She grew up and attended school in Gothenburg. On October 17, 1952 she married Herbert Porter at Brady, NE. She made her home in Gothenburg, Cozad and Denver.
Rosavawn is survived by her son - Randy (Regina) Porter of Denver, CO; sister - Norma Chittenden of Cozad, NE; brother-in-laws - Norm (Margaret) Porter of Gothenburg, NE and Robert (Marilyn) Porter of Denver, CO; sister-in-law Paula Rogers of Brady, NE; along with several nieces, nephews and exteded family and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Herbert Mearl Porter, and her parents Ulfert and Sophea Block.
